Colors and much more colors by Heidi Zinner

Fabrics, sewing and colors have always been my companions.
With patchwork I tried out many techniques and discovered my style: “Working freely and playing with colors”.
I want to appeal to and delight people with my variety of colors.

I always have a lot of fun with the embroidery squares; I enjoy the embroidery, the variety of designs and the great color combinations – small works of art!
They stimulate my imagination and thus new works are created over and over again.
I especially like the embroidery pictures with animal motifs, which is what I like most.

Sylvia Tischer: Afghanistan – Part of My, of Our One World

Before Pascale Goldenberg initiated the project "Threads connect women", Afghanistan was a blank space on my globe – a country I knew little about, apart from news reports regarding the Soviet invasion, the struggles of the Mujahideen, the rule of the Taliban, and finally the US attacks following September 11.

Ready-made clothing

Whether you’re a professional seamstress or simply enjoy attaching appliqués: the embroidery can be used in many different ways — and it’s not complicated.

Jewelry with Silkembroidery

The silk embroideries are very small and delicately made, inviting you to create jewelry from them. They are also very light and wonderful to wear. There are also pairs of embroideries designed for earrings.
