Bohemia Patchwork Club Praha
With the idea of sewing small quilts, the Bohemia Patchwork Club Praha not only took on a creative challenge, but also addressed an important social issue. The combination of art and social commitment, especially in relation to the situation of women in Afghanistan and the Guldusi project, is very inspiring. Each quilt was to have an embroidery integrated into it, and the dimensions were specified: 15 cm in width, with the height being a multiple of 15 cm. 24 small quilts were created, all different, depending on the personality of the respective author. It is nice to hear that the exhibition in Brno was received so positively. I am sure that the upcoming exhibitions in the Czech Republic in 2025 will also be a great success!
